Product Introduction |
The instruments can
be used for regular vibration measurement, especially the vibration
of rotating or reciprocating machinery. The measurable items
include the speed, acceleration, and displacement in vibration.
Using the data measured from the equipment bearing, comparing
the international vibration criteria ISO-2372, or using the
enterprise or machines standard, we could definite the present
conditions (good, attention, danger) of the equipments (steam
turbine, blower fan,pump,compressor,dynamo,etc.) and keep the
machineries in good running condition, thus to reduce the economic
loss caused by machines shutdown.

This instrument,
made by RION Company of Japan, weighing 320g, is the improved
product of the VM-63 vibration meter. By using the separated
vibration sensor, it can make measurement for the slight vibration
and ultra vibration in the items of vibration displacement,
speed (intensity) & acceleration. It can store 1000 group
of measuring point data and make communication with PC. The
developed software has following functions:(1).Information Management(including
machines, measuring points as well as the measuring data and
archive establishment) (2).The instruments can make communication
with computer. (3).Trend analysis(4)Report forms printing(machines
